Starley Housing Co-operative is a small but thriving community of 125 households living together in the heart of the city of Coventry, thogugh we have 4 outside properties in Coundon also. With people of all ages and backgrounds, the thing that everyone has in common is that we're members of a Housing Co-operative - a collective organisation owning and managing the homes we live in as tenants. |
Applying for a home
Starley Housing Co-operative is in a City-wide partnership with other Social Landlords, advice agencies and the City Council called Coventry Homefinder. This service offers greater choice to those looking for social housing in Coventry. To be considered for housing by us you should apply in the first instance to Coventry Homefinder and not directly to the Co-op. We do not deal with the initial application ourselves, though we do interview applicants referred to us by Coventry Homefinder to see if they are suitable as co-operative tenants.
